We leverage the neuronal microtubules to understand and treat the CNS.

Our MoA reaches across CNS indications, in all situations where the microtubules get disorganized, in need for protection/repair : depression, addiction, consequences of traumas, neurodegenerative diseases.

We activate a unique intra-neuronal pathway that is triggered from MAP-2, a neuro-specific microtubule associated protein. Our drugs are first-in-class small MAP-2 ligands, that easily cross the BBB and reach the neurons in the brain and spinal cord.

MAP-2 engagement with MAPREG drugs promotes the higher-order structure of microtubules, leading to a better function & resilience of the microtubules, cell protection & neuroplasticity.
